"You" refers to the customer or user who uses the Site subject to these terms and conditions and "your" will be construed accordingly. "Site" means the site on the World Wide Web located at chamberonline.co.uk / britishchambers.org.uk, and "Content" means the information and other material available within the Site. Availability Warranty We will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by any third party (including without limitation, any loss of use of any software or equipment, or loss of or spoiling of any data) resulting from any defect, deficiency or error in any equipment or software or any associated documentation, or for any failure or interruption of any telecommunications facilities or network systems which is beyond our control. Complaints Procedure A named person at British Chambers of Commerce Ltd registered office will deal with the complaint initially. The complaint will be recorded with name of customer, method of complaint e.g. letter, telephone call, date complaint received and action taken. If the complaint is passed on to another person, it will be tracked to ensure prompt action. All complaints, to British Chambers of Commerce Ltd, will be logged centrally at British Chambers of Commerce Ltd registered office. If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, an acknowledgement will be sent to the customer giving the named contact and a copy of the complaints procedure (if necessary). All relevant parties (including any sub -contractor) in the complaint will be fully involved in the investigation. The complainant will receive a substantive response within ten working days, or a holding reply explaining when a substantive response will be made. Subsequent correspondence will be responded to within the same deadlines. If a sub-contractor has provided the British Chambers of Commerce Ltd service to a customer and the customer complaint cannot be resolved by that sub-contractor, the complaint will immediately be referred to the board of directors at British Chambers of Commerce Ltd headquarters, for direction to the Board as the final arbiter. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites. You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by us or third parties via the Site and that we will not be a party to or in any way responsible for any transactions between you and third parties. Any dissatisfaction or violation of terms and conditions by either party should be written in an official letter to us stating all facts and instances.
